Wardogs

Ive played 10 hours now solo, its not really an issue.
Just like Hel Let Loose or similar games most are on comms and want teamplay so most squads i joined are actually playing/chatting as a squad and doing the whole teamplay thing.
that's actually completely the opposite of my solo experience - virtually every game i joined there was zero comms. so much so i binned off EU servers and went on NA (East Coast) which have much better comms going on. also noticed on EU a lot of locked squads with only a couple of people in them in every match i played.

If i then go on a death streak i suddenly lose 20-30k and it hurts.... haha. All part of the game though!
it's ridiculously easy to make cash though so unless someone is trying to COD run and gun it having a healthy 'bank account' shouldn't be an issue - in fact i think this is one of the aspects of the game they need to address, the ease with which money can be made.

I'm just wildy inconsistent between soloing and running and gunning versus slower play with a squad. Overall, i agree it is pretty straightforward to make money if needed.

Was on a EU West server last night and the proximity comms from teammates were constant. Seemed to be a heavy English / Irish mix and they loved to chat and get involved. I mostly messed about solo doing wide flanks. Few kills / unlocks. Certainly a refreshing change from hyper cod mongo mode. Much more weight to your actions in this.

I'm really enjoying this.

I've not played an FPS in a long while where people are so keen on reviving even without bribes. It's actually rather refreshing. Comms are either fantastic ina squad or non existent (mainly when there's a load of Russians). Had a cheeky +$113k infantry game earlier, despite carrying a tonne of meds and ammo i was scrounging ammo constantly  I love the FOB element. When the teams moving with the CZ is so so good. I've started to see SPG's and Tanks today which are a pain to deal with. Levelling is stupidly easy, unlocks are expensive so you have to kind of plan what you want to do and unlock.

One thing they need to sort out if people setting up SAM sites right near enemy default spawns. had this happen twice now. and it locks down air travel.

Progression is sped up massively for the beta, so don’t worry about that.

Well that was so much fun, ive put hundreds of hours into the likes of Hell Let Loose,Squad,Squad44, Arma Reforger and the previous arma games especially KOTH but i really did not expect Wardogs to be so good.
Playing Wardogs feels like a shiny combo of all the above with very good progression.

Hows it run performance wise guys? for anyone playing the test? Are the servers stable also? Or ran on a Pentium 4 powered by a Hamster.

Performance is very good , very crisp and clear looking too.

7800X3D + RTX 4070 1440P easily over 100 fps even with DLAA.

Just to add another data point, and I appreciate this is a high-end PC, but I was hitting 160-190fps on a 9800X3D and 5090 @ 4K DLSS balanced (competitive settings, e.g. shadows turned right down). I was slightly CPU limited. Achieving >200fps is not possible even on DLSS ultra performance. Obviously not a surprise given the player count and map size.

100 fps + 5800x3d, 4070super. 1440p. Dlss but I’ve kept settings mostly high and it does look great. Draw distance is superb, very little of any Popin.
