Eh, my friends played this at EGX with Mr watching and it looked horrendous. Graphics were pretty bad, gameplay was just on rails and boring. Neither of them enjoyed it. Am surprised to see comments to the contrary from people that saw/played it at EGX.

I just watched some of the video above wondering if I just saw a bad monitor or something but no I still think it looks like an early bump mapping tech demo lol. Just doesn't look to have 'detail' everything looks kind of shiny. The animations look pretty bad, and the combat borderline brain dead.

Sounds like I have the hump for this but I don't as I love warhammer and would love this to be good. Until try it for myself I will reserve judgement

Started playing Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay at school every Wednesday in 1988, a year 12 student used to DM for us year 7 and 8's.

Started my own collection and still have many of the original figures.

Skaven Gutter Runner, Grey Seer, Skaven Champion and Sathash the Proud - Slaanesh Chaos Champion.

What are peoples thoughts on the first three maps now that the pre-order beta is live? I think it is nice that they are letting us keep progress through to launch, though already hearing about exploits on some maps which I guess is to be expected.

Bought it last night, played for 50mins, got abuse as I wasn't sure what I was doing half the time. even though i came second at the end . Refunded on steam with 54mins played. Good job i did as its only 8 quid on nuuvem.

I've been enjoying it, I find the combat quite satisfying.
Do think they missed a trick though, with not including a versus mode.

Having a real pig of a time on "Horn on Magnus" though, that final fight around the horn, I've yet to complete it on normal.

What did you struggle with? The game is extremely easy to understand.
