All the normal ones are far more convincing and they've all been debunked anyway.
Okay, fair enough...lol!

Er...Rojon said:A while back George Bush said that the next date for going to the moon was set at the year 2018. My question is, why wait that long if technology is so advanced compared to the technology used for the first moon landing?
Sorry, I'm a non-believer!!

Beansprout said:Er...
Distance to Moon: 382,500 km
Distance to Mars: 78,000,000 km
Yet another thing which could be answered with Google. But noooo, it's fun to debunk Man's achievements for one's own satisfaction![]()

Rojon said:The way I read it was, 2018 would be the first landing cos they have never been there before.
I'm glad to hear that.Rojon said:Can't say I got any satisfaction out of it really, certainly more pleasurable things in life. But if you get some satisfaction out of being sarcastic then you go right ahead![]()
That's because it is. Belittling the achievements of thousands of people for irrational reasons is beyond my comprehension. Sorry.I will avoid posting on this thread because of the overwhelming amount of believers that think that even the mention of a fake moon landing is absurd
I'll be as sarcastic as I like to people who won't believe the bleeding obvious, thankyou very much

Rojon said:and as an individual thinker I concluded that there was a possibility that the moon landing was fake.
It's not just a belief - it's documented Fact.Rojon said:Does that mean you are sarcastic and impose your beliefs on everyone that doesn't think the same way as you? You must be popular![]()
If everyone thought the same and there was no free thinkers in the world then the world would be a very boring place.
JRS said:"individual thinker" - does that translate as brainwashed tit in the current version of the English language?
So, you reckon the landings were faked. What about the rest of the Apollo story - the space flights, the science and samples we got from the moon, the near-disaster of Apollo 13? That all faked as well? Or is there just a slight chance that the hoax theories are nothing more than a load of whacked-out crazy nonsense that several people have come up with as a way of selling books, making money and becoming famous?
I love the "possibility" statement you make - same as 90% of the people who follow the hoax theory, you don't actually want to commit one way or the other![]()

You mean zebras don't grow on trees?Beansprout said:It's not just a belief - it's documented Fact.
There are 'free thinkers' and there are people who believe equally insane things such as that the Earth is flat and zebras grow on trees - and they're locked up![]()
Berserker said:There's free thinking and there's absurd thinking. Most of the disbelievers are conspiracy nuts and would happily believe in scientology, the illuminati, intelligent design, or whatever else the current fad is. Sorry, conspiracy nuts get on my nerves, and I feel an uncontrollable urge to do the same as Buzz Aldrin and punch their lights out.
