Wasteland ARMA II Mos : Server Details

The walls around gun store are awesome, I've never been killed on the ocuk (MarkeRs) server.

So much fun 2nite, around 15 of us driving down in mounted SUVs and hmmvs taking over the sky base in cherno.
 
I had a feeling tonight was going to be a good night.

Near the start when we went to the lighthouse to take out that apc and after we got into a contact from the mountain. I think it was Richie who killed the guy but we had about a further 3/4 guys giving suppressive fire. I would have hated to be that guy on the receiving end of that one way firing range!

Sounded awesome using the sound mods allowed on the server!
 
Tonight I was checking the gun stores for a good 45 mins and also keeping an eye on any complaints.

I watched at gvodzno as 3 bluefor and 2 Opfor managed to go to the gun shop buy their weapons and move their vehicles with no-one firing or killing :D I also saw two independents and 1 opfor buy weapons at the gun store and they didn't even try to steal the vehicle the opfor guy had :)

It is possible and I think when Admins are visibly checking the complaints it makes a difference.

also it doesn't matter what if people camp the gun store they camp it (they do on markers as they do on every wasteland server )

if you like markers play on there doesn't matter to me :)

u should team up with neil as you seem to play similar :p

great when you do good great server bad when you die or it has problems ;)
 
We nearly had to shoot that guy who tried to run off with our guys SVD. He soon stopped and dropped it when he had 5 guys chasing him.

Shame he then got run over!

We don't actually get that many people killing in the gunstore now. And the ones that camp it soon get a kick.

Hahaha oh yeah that was my svd, we all surround him and gave him the choice.

Honestly ive not once got killed by the gun store, it migjt happen on every other server not this one!
 
I know bud. I don't understand how people get killed in there so often. Be quick and smart about it. It tells you if an enemy is near as well!
 
I would imagine it some of the guys will be on. For some reason I decided to be designated driver tonight so I might bin it early and come back to play then go pick the filth up.

I like playing on the ocuk server, and am law abiding, but..

You are hostile, I want you no where near my vehicle, if you stand in front of me whilst I slowly accelerate after you erratically run towards me that is no where near justifiable for getting a "gun store" killing ban.

You then start to try shoot me through an armoured window so I run you down again, and unfortunately I end up killing a team mate because of it.

I don't know what you were trying to prove but I felt like you baited me into it, unban please.

I hate gun store killing as much as the next guy, but seriously if you are on foot and you get run down on the road, that is your fault, I was expecting you to back the hell away once I started moving towards you..

Time to go get wrecked, hopefully you unban me.

I forgot to thank the whole team on the effort they put in to make the game fun and fair to play, you are doing a great job and definitely are the best wasteland server I have played on.

Perhaps you need to look at it from my perspective,i am policing the gunstore.
I know not what you said to your teammates before i banned you.I have a job to do at the expense of playing the mod i love.

I hope the ban was only for a for few minutes,if not post here again.

you need to be more carefull around gunstores, 2 kills what ever the circumstances is unacceptable.
 
Difficult job policing the gun stores, people are often killed and expect punishment to be swiftly handed out. I won't remove people from the server unless I witness the killing myself or I can see the person looting a corpse at the gun store when someone had just died.

All the admins take time out of playing to deal with problems and try to supervise the gun store. Worst case scenario we have to sit at guglovo or prig (worst two gun stores for team killing and make sure the idiots follow the rules.

Please follow the rules and make life easier for us by not revenge killing but instead reporting player names so we can deal with it.

So Melbo, can't remember if you replied to me but hows Taviana wasteland going. It will suck up my whole life if you get that working :)
