Water Bill - Anyone beat this?

Had the bill for this year the other day. £450.41 for the year, last year was £388.44.

A near 16% increase for a company that made £508.8m in profit before tax and paid £260m in dividends last year.

Good money in water it seems.
 
We're £80 per month, family of 6, last time I looked in to it my local water company were one of the most expensive, espescially for the waste water charge.
 
£11 a month mine is.

2 showers everyday, washing machine 2-3 times a week and a dishwasher once a week plus the obvious hand washing and toilet flushing etc, I’m metered.
 
Just checked my bill. Water £180.81 for the year, £15pm, sewerage £209.86 for the year, £17.50pm So around £390 yearly but paid through my council tax.
 
Half a year 49 cubic meters used.

Just changed mine to a Water meter, Going up to £56 a month on the 1st April.

Changed to a water a meter and when they did sums it works out to £26 a month!
 
£110 per month here, family of four. Reading these replies I'm starting to think something is going on lol.
That's a lot.

Just 2 of us here.
Paying 22ppm a month.
I think it will go up to 25ppm as I think we are a bit under on the DD.

Our water bill unit rate is going down this year. Wtf.
