I've just gone back and looked at the early ports in this thread and some of the really early setups are very impressive.
I'm guessing back then it was much harder to get hold of specially made parts.

some exceptionally beautiful systems in this thread since last time I checked.

congratulations to all of you for such a wide variety and imagination with your hardware choices and impeccable execution :)

there is also a lot of outstanding photography in this thread.

Mrs rjk is currently educating me in how to take proper photos as well as how to use photoshop. so hopefully I can get my amateurish photos up to standard soon :p

Here is my first effort at watercooling, Rj will jave a hernia when he see's what case it is though haha :)

CPU: i7 930 @ 3.8 (for 24/7 usage) with XSPC RASA block. Mobo: P6X58D-E. GPU: XFX 5870 v2 with EK waterblock. RAM: 6GB DDR3 G. Skill. HD: 128 GB Crucial C300 SSD & 750 Hitachi. RADS: 2x240 XSPC RS (with some random fans I plan to change!). TX850 Corsair PSU.

Tell you what - wish I'd used a reservoir. Has taken hours to get the air out with this T-line. Not an expert though ... so may have not done something quite right. Also, frustratingly, I got the 'in' and 'out' the wrong way on the CPU block. But I checked and it seems the RASA has an even pattern flow through the block, so I can't see it will hurt. I've checked temps and it's 46 on idle and 68 on 100% on all cores for an hour. Just a little more head room than the H50!

Any particular reason you wanted to know the specs?
