Had a 19 plate Mustang Bullitt in today with just 10,000 on the clock. Wonder how much they paid for that?

Out of curiosity I just put my old Mustang in which I paid £33,000 for brand when they first came out in 2015 and based on 30k miles it was £28,400 and based on 20k miles it was £29.5k

About £500 a year depreciation you really can’t beat that at all.

I checked similar for my old Mustang. 18 plate that I bought at less than a year old and sub 10k miles for £33,850. WBAC offering £32,500 based on 45k miles. Wishing I'd kept it now!

Amusingly they are offering £400 more than i paid BCA for my Cayenne a few months ago, the same destination that WBAC would send it to anyway :p

Don't they also own Cinch? I'd imagine decent cars would just go out to their retail arm.

I read something about this being what they were now doing, smaller dealers aren't happy. I've just sold mine through motorway and the winning dealer is over a hundred miles away, not sure if he will come himself or arrange collection through Motorway.

I sold mine via Motorway to a company about 150 miles away and the guy came to collect it himself (small dealer).

Motorway offering 1500 less than WBAC but not put it out to offers.

That said, not sure how Motorway works, but presume the max offer I’d get is their initial “up to” value...

I got a few grand more than their initial ‘up to’ offer using the premium service.

Premium wasn’t offered to me. I believe the way it works is your car is listed and dealers bid on it, highest wins and that bid could be more than the “reserve” price.

Hoping someone can help.
Girlfriend has her Audi A3 Sline 1.0 2018 on PCP, took it over 4 years.
2.5 years in and had a settlement figure of around £14000. WBAC 16,700, Motorway £17,073.

Is it as straight forward as selling her car at settlement figure value and trading it in a WBAC or Motorway and gain a profit of around £3k.

She is impulsive and wants a new car but my view without looking into it is surely new car prices have risen and then also likely longer for delivery?

Any thoughts or advice?
