Weather temperatures are up, so how are your GPU temps?

670 sli oc and at 1.2mv 70-72 at load, normally ones at 55-57 and the other at 65. If the weather was like this for half the year I'd get a watercooled setup

Managed to drop mine from 72c and 59c to 68c and 55c, gtx 670 wf in sli, no overclocks though. Removed all the pci blanking plates and stuck a fan on the rear of the case to help with exhaust.

The above was a first attempt with a 120mm 1500 rpm fan, didnt help a great deal tbh. Since swapped it for a 140mm 1400 rpm fan.

My room is too hot to even check the temps today but yesterday idle was late 30's on both CPU and GPU (2500k & 780) with load about 58 and 73 respectively.

Decided on a few pints in the beer garden instead of gaming today.

Outdoor temps have dropped quite a bit this evening, 21c outside now. Been gaming for most of the evening without too much of a problem, highest GPU temp was 64c in Metro 2033, and I don't feel like I'm sitting next to a fan heater all evening.

my temps have all shot up about 8-10c in this heat lol
both my 7950s are

gpu1 : idle 49c maxed out heavy load depending on game 72c-75c
gpu2 : idle 44c "" "" 65-72c

not that big a gap between the 2 but i dont care about gpu temps unless my load temps go over 83c+ 85c limit.

Ah your card can downclock when idle, mine cant for some reason. Its always showing as 750mhz in gpuz. :(

My cpu now atm is showing 36 as idle instead of 40-45 ish. Must have needed a few mins to get the watercooling going or somit. :/

dude go in to your NC and go in to your add and remove find whatever browser you use and change the power management to adaptive. I done this when i had my 660 ti and it use to sit around 29 to 30 idle and if i didn't have chrome at adaptive i use to sit around 33 to 34. AMD doesn't seem to have that option :(

i've not even measured my temps. it's been perfectly stable and that's all i care about. sure my GPU fan is spinning a lot a faster than usual making quite a noise so i just turn the volume up. :p
