Weekend Football; 20-22nd December - *SPOiLERS*

You can't knock Arsenal there, they fought it out after they lost Cesc and Ade.

The ref spoilt it and turned the game into a scrappy affair.

Well, I'll take a draw after what's happened this match. Very very annoyed about the ref in another Liverpool game but I suppose nothing changes really...

Not pleased about losing Cesc, who I don't think will be back this year.

Poor substitutions from Rafa again today. Lucas should've been taken off much earlier (don't rate him at all), Kuyt should've been taken off and both Keane and Riera, who were two of our best players, should've been given the full 90 minutes.

Thought Insua had a another great game today but his performances will no doubt be overlooked when Drossena returns :(

Would usually be happy with a point at Arsenal but they were there for the taking today.

Ref was abysmal.

Red card cost us the game ;)

Seriously though, prior to the red it was all us and it was looking like only being a matter of time before we scored, after the red we were shocking. As for the red, first yellow was harsh (had it not have been for Arca's challenge yesterday he'd have got away with it) but the 2nd was a clear booking.

MOTM has to be Insua, cracking little player.

I disagree about Lucas, I thought he had a cracking first half. Although he's not the player you need if you're going for the win.

Agree with everything else, Insua showed why Dossena should be sold.

Neither was a booking, I hate Arsenal almost as much as i hate liverpool, but I have to say that they were very harshly treated by the referee with those two yellows.

Couldn’t understand why Lucas was taken off in the 87minute and not after that red card. I can see logic in not wanting to lose a point but surely we were favourites to take three points giving the circumstances.

I saw Anderson today, He does a lot more than Lucas.

What was the 2nd yellow for then? If it was elbow, why was Rieira not booked?
