Isn't it to do with the fools at FIFA & their directives about only changing decisions if it's a case of mistaken identity or something equally as unfair?
 
Stupid that they can't do anything about it,but thats the way it is :(
to be fair tho,we've seemed to have had a lot of players sent off against us this year for some reason,a fair few of which were unnecesary or just plain wrong,so we shouldn't whinge too much,however annoying it is this time
