Scholes needs space now to really shine, I'm pretty sure Rafa would have instructed your whole team to get on top of him as soon as he gets the ball. Try and frustrate him into making one of his dubiously timed tackles.

I'm hopeful as always though.

EDIT ; I'd argue that Ando usually plays his best in the tougher games.

I'd say Ando was at his best in the big games, Scholes and Carrick both need a lot of space on the ball, one of those playing alongside Ando and he gives them the space.

I'd like to see Scholes trying to avoid getting a yellow/red card today.

I think both sets of fans are a bit nervous and don't want to make themselves look daft afterwards, this is a rather unpredictable fixture, on paper we'll surely be favourites but Liverpool aren't going to roll over and die..
