Weekend Football Thread. *spoilers* 18-22

There is very little pace in the United team. City should be in front on the balance of play and if the second half carries on like the last 30 mins of the first half then there is only one winner and it isn't United.

Foster for England!

Seriously, he is a decent shot stopper, but his overall keeping is **** poor.

I see Berbatov is being his usual influential self, IE not doing a great deal.
If the game continues the way its going, there is only going to be one winner and thats City, Park has been shut out of the game after the first 15 minutes, nobody is really doing much to support Rooney, and when they do get up there, they just give the ball away.

Its the usual problem of picking Giggs/Park/O'shea in the same team, you have to sacrifice wingers and pace down the flanks, and the team (other than Rooney and Evra) doest have a great deal of pace in it to start with.
Its clear to see City are hopeless in defence, Lescott and Toure are charging forward at every opportunity with another decent striker on and/or a winger, we could tear them apart, but it aint going to happen.

Not after all the bull he came out with after he left.

I'd like to see Nani (are you okay?) come on second half, get some real pace and balls in to the box. Park isn't doing much other then continually giving away fouls.
