Weekend Football Thread. *spoilers* 18-22

Terrible performance so far. Nothing going on down the flanks, Nani and/or Valencia need to come on.

Agreed, Park just doesn't offer as much as either of them. Especially as Bridge has looked dodgy so far.

Seems weird to me that the utd crowd are so fervently booing Tevez. I was always under the impression that the utd fans quite liked Tevez.

Only the stupid ones, especially after all his bullcrap about wanting regular football only to go and join the mercenary ranks.

Not after all the bull he came out with after he left.

Ah, I didnt follow it, if he has been slagging the team off then I can understand. For a moment I thought they were booing because of the shirt rather than the player (something I have never understood), but if theres other causes then I can see why.

Foster for England!

Seriously, he is a decent shot stopper, but his overall keeping is **** poor.

.

It is the same with most young keepers. Their decision making isn't 100% and they are always prone to a silly mistake or two. The more experience he gets the better his decision making will be, especially when he is under pressure like that.

Anyway Rio didn't exactly help - he was as much to blame. Should have shielded the ball to Foster....

Yep, I am puzzled with Park being on as well, and Tevez was just a headless chicken.

Thats just basic keeping, under pressure? get rid, you dont try and wrong foot a striker unless you are very sure of yourself, which he isnt.

That was not a mistake though, you get the ball as far from the goal as you can when someone is running at you.

He makes fundamental errors.
