Rosicky to come on to replace Arshavin. Good swap in my eyes, the Russian's been a bit indifferent today. Sometimes perky sometimes throwing the ball to Fulham.

Lol am I the only one to wince everytime somebody fouls Rosicky?

See, I don't agree with that in terms of us buying youth players. Who's to say that any player, that breaks into our first team after we've developed him into it would have fared as well in their original team? A lot has to be given to our coaching staff etc.

Edit - Bender, unlucky just about got to it.

I agree, but obviously you have to recognise the raw talent before a coach can refine it?

In terms of e.g. Cesc or Anelka everybody knew how good he'd be, but that isn't always the case and more often than not it isn't.

Aye, credit has to go to how good are scouts are and how they understand Wenger's thoughts.
