It's like Rafa does it on purpose with the strange substitutions just to wind up the Liverpool fans. Spearing coming on for Lucas.
 
Absolutely sickening, **** poor performance. Top 4 team? Not even top 8 by the looks of it. Abysmal.

AS a Liverpool supporter I cant remember a more miserable time. There are so many things wrong with the team its shocking. Benitez needs grabbing by the ankles and thrown into the north sea, he's sucking the life out of us and I'm sick of his excuses. I wouldn't hold anything against Torres or Gerrard wanting out of this mess, especially Torres as there just isn't a future with us under current management/ownership.

Subs: Foster, Berbatov, Park, Tosic, Welbeck, Fabio Da Silva, Obertan.


Tosic ahead of Nani on the bench?!? Interesting.

Nani is injured. I doubt we'll see Tosic come on at any stage of the game regardless of the scoreline. And thank Cantona that Park isn't starting!

Portsmouth just looked a better team overall, better interplay and organisation, more determination too. They also looked just as good technically and for the few moments of class from Gerrard/Torres, they were matched and more by Portsmouth's goals. I don't think Portsmouth are a bad side though and they're definitely not the worst in the league
 
Rafa should do the decent thing and walk. We haven't won two consecutive games since September and we've only won 4 of our last 17 games. I wouldn't be surprised if he's lost the dressing room looking at our recent performances.
