Weekend lie in-when do you wake up?

Between 6 and 8 i guess. Tend to need more sleep atm, think it's due to winter. When i set the alarm i try to take into account if i'm sleep deprived from the week, but ambitious me sets it too early every time. Today the radio and light came on at 7 and i slept till 8. Annoys the hell out of me needing to sleep loads. Was flat out by 11pm also.

Dog let us sleep in until 8:20 today, a lie in!

I'm oddly interested in how many peoples schedules are affected by their pets in that regard vs those without, I wonder if there's a (probably highly inaccurate study) out there?

I have an iffy sleep schedule, but I do suffer from random bouts of insomnia which doesn't help. When I'm not having those issues I like to be up fairly early, around 8-9 as commuting isn't a problem for me and work hours are essentially on my own terms, a lie in is probably 10-11am on my end after an increasingly rare night out.

@GIBURROWS I enjoy working out, an early morning session followed by a mid day nap is bliss tbh.

7ish in the week, 8 Saturday, 9 Sunday.

I normally aim for 6-7 hours sleep.

The cat normally wakes me up about 45 mins before dawn to be let out, but I go straight back to sleep.

6 Monday to Friday logged onto work by 6.15am

Saturday
Sunday
Usually one day 6, today was 5.10 a.m., for whatever reason the kids wake earlier at a weekend. Even though tomorrow I'll have to get at least one of them up at 7 to get the out the door.

I normally have a lie in on Sunday, which involves taking a coffee back to bed until about 9am.

Mon-Fri I'm up at early o'clock

On Sat I've been forgoing a lie in to do an early walk.
