Hello.
I have a fairly restricted diet which means I find it very difficult to get the required amount of calories a day. I would say I get enough protein from supps mostly (I try my hardest to get it from foods but sometimes is difficult), but I'm not making the gains I think I should be with my gym attendance. My lifts seem to be increasing (albeit slowly) but there is no aesthetic difference. I don't look bigger.
I was thinking of investing in a weight gainer; this one to be more precise: http://www.myprotein.co.uk/mp-max/weight-gain/weight-gainer-(6lb)/
Worth it? Any experiences with this, or any other gainer?
Any help would be advised, I'm still fairly new to the game.
Thanks.

), and try for a varied range with other things. I would say I have 2500-3000 calories a day but struggle to make them clean calories, and wondered if a gainer might help me along just a little bit?
