Im off to bed now, but i aint going to try for one. Infact still wouldnt know how :) Ive been advised to keep a dream journal first!

anyone else ever dream that something or someone is biting you or squeezing you?

A few nights ago i dreamed a rat was biting me and wouldnt let go and it really hurt. Ive also drempt that someone had been squeezing my knackers harder and harder which also hurt a damned lot.

Its possible i may have been nipping/squeezing myself but when i woke up during the dream once my arms and hands were both under my pillow :confused:

When i came back from a heavy week in ibiza i had the craziest, scariest dreams/nightmares. So much so I tried to keep myself from falling back asleep, this just made it worse however and made me hallucinate instead! :(
 
You lot should be careful playing about with these things. Ive seen some messed up stuff while in SP, which are hard to forget.

Sometimes I wake up and can't move either, very rarely though. Can't remember what the condition was called.

Apparantly you can get lucid without ever experiencing SP. But care to eleborate?
 
Ive just woken up, i was dreaming about LOST. Ben was using mini wormholes to go back to the main land, and Julliet was the island bicycle.

Me and some mates managed to close his portal and ben went mad, we didnt go and meet Jacob though :(

Basically this program has some steps involved to help you get into the routines and practices needed to gain the ability to have Lucid Dreams.... don't use it on it's own because I find the Dreamscapes forums very good,... read the forums too! :)

I'm not ready to try going Lucid yet as I've not long started so first I have to work on dream recolection - which has instantly become successful.

Last night I had a weird dream, kinda 2 dreams merged into one which were totally different and unrelated. I've never had this happen before. Also I awoke and thought nothing of it at first, but 30 seconds later it all flooded into my head and I thought, ARGH that was a dream moron - write it down! So I have my first entry in my dream diary :)
 
I often have this strange lucid dream were im in city with some mates having a laugh and few drinks and it suddenly switches and were getting chased round the city by the army with helicopters and tanks, then it switches again and were in the middle of a field im mates car gettin chased around by wolves.

Its a very strange dream and always has the same elements in it but they are never in the same sequence.
