You lot should be careful playing about with these things. Ive seen some messed up stuff while in SP, which are hard to forget.

i dont have much choice :p i get SP every night at least 3 or 4 times, but i usually snap out of it before anything strange starts to happen :D

I often have this strange lucid dream were im in city with some mates having a laugh and few drinks and it suddenly switches and were getting chased round the city by the army with helicopters and tanks, then it switches again and were in the middle of a field im mates car gettin chased around by wolves.

Its a very strange dream and always has the same elements in it but they are never in the same sequence.

are you in control in the dreaM? Just sounds like a normal dream to me lol!

I had a dream last night, it was after a world war and everywhere was like rubbled... And I was seeing this bird, she was like, royalty or something, I ended up on television like "blah blah was seen with this man" etc... Then she did my washing up.

I had this really really strange dream last night. I was on my way to university and for some reason, me and my dad could just not find the halls of accommodation that I was suppose to be staying in. I could see everyone moving into theirs and I even had someone show me to mine, we followed them for a bit, but then I lost them and couldn't find them again. I never did find my accommodation. I got rather scared and woke up!

Very random and freaky!

hehe, i had 3 dreams, i forgot to write them down. I forgot two of them but i remembered 1. I was in bed with few other people ;) All trying to sleep. But some random woman i diddnt know was next to me but couldnt sleep because her shoulders were itching haha

Not really, I can try and run or get away but no matter what I do in the dream it always leads me back to the same point, its not really showin me anything its just such a vivid dream i really do feel like i was in that place and can remember everything about it when i wake up.

I do also believe in seeing things in your dreams that could or could not be in the future ive had plenty of de ja vu's which I know ive seen in my dreams sometimes weeks ago sometimes years ago.

Then it wasn't quite a lucid dream i don't think.... sounds like your close though you could probably attain Lucid Dreams with some effort!!

Deja Vu is totally different though... I know it seems like you've definately experienced it before but this is your brain playing tricks on you! The "wiring" gets crossed and things which you are experiencing get confused with long-term memory!

I thought there wasn't much scientific data on deja vu as it is so hard to observe.

hehe - yes it is that real, it's as if your awake now, as real as that, but you can do ANYTHING - I still get a HUGE buzz out of flying, I don't think that'll ever get boring! :D

Don't expect lucids to come easily though, they take time, dedication and effort, but my god its great :)

Don't you ever get paranoid that you are still dreaming then? I would find it pretty worrying if the only way I could tell the difference between being awake and dreaming was the way the world around me worked. That would almost be like being schizophrenic or something.

It's weird I guess. Sometimes while awake I think "I could be dreaming right now" and it's the kind of thing you instantly dismiss because you're blatantly awake. But, in a dream it's easy to think the same thing. More than once I've done the same thing and ignored it, only to wake up and realise how stupid it was.

Nevertheless I think it would be quite difficult to truly confuse reality with a dream, only the other way round. Reality has some continuity. All you have to do is remember how you got to where you are right now and there's no way it could be a dream (which I believe some people also use as a regular reality check). Even if it were a dream it wouldn't really be an issue - things would only be a problem if you thought you were asleep when you were actually awake.
