Some people just like to take every opportunity to moan.
Yes, overclockers are not always the cheapest, but the reason I buy all my pc stuff here is that I don't mind paying a bit more for decent customer service. I have always had an excellent response whenever I have needed it.
In fact, I can give you an example that happened recently.
I, like many other, order the 8pack 6700k bundle last week. Again, like others, it was going to be shipped on Friday. The fact that I got a free upgrade to Saturday delivery was good in itself.
Anyway, package arrives, but no extension cables for fan. Not a big deal, one phone call and it is arranged to arrive on Monday. Then I discover that the NZXT H440 case I also got had a big hole in the side of the packaging and a dent in the side panel. Another call to Overclockers. Without any fuss, a replacement was sent out for Sunday, along with my missing cables, and a DPD collect was arrange to pick up the old case on Monday.
Had the same thing happened elsewhere, I am pretty sure I wouldn't have received my bundle until Monday, would then have had to return the case so they can check it before sending out a replacement.
So, as long as this level of service continues, I am going to keep buying my stuff here.
