Have you had a chance to have a look at this yet?

The chap in returns is being most unhelpful. He has just reiterated that he cannot proceed without an order no. I am unable to give him.

He has offered no assistance whatsoever, or indicated that he is investigating the matter at his end.

I explained in the initial post (through a quote from the forum) that the order was a verbal one taken over the phone to the OCUK sales dept. with a reference no. from RJK O'Neil.

There is no order my end for this transaction showing under my account.

Not sure what to do next.
