I sent back a Veloci that developed a board fault after a few tries of them trying to help. Got the replacement drive after 7 days via the advanced RMA. Just received an email (3 weeks since I got it) saying the RMA is closed. So im happy.
Well I got an email today from WD saying the RMA is now being processed.

its a joke , happy enough to take ya card details and what not but when it comes down to me wanting my raptor replacing got no chance
, just got shipping notice getting sent a 74 gb wd raptor 16 mb cache
