What a **** !!!!

In the pics he posts later it just looks wrong. I've known people with allsorts of cars as a first so the topic in hand doesn't bother me. The colour and the chrome grille just don't suit the M3. I it looks pretty regular from front.

I suppose I'm spoilt by the gnarly loud very clean white M3 with carbon roof that I see round here (probably a drug dealer) but that just doesn't scream auto lust to me like an M3 should.

Seems to be a growing trend from watching My Supersweet Sixteen. Makes you sick. But hey, it's the families money, I would do the same for my children if I was in that position.

Give them a 400bhp car that wouldn't be able to handle? I wouldn't.

If you have any love for your kids whatsoever you certainly would not. Maybe when they're 21 and have experience. There are plenty of extremely expensive luxuries you can ruin your kids on without handing them a pair of keys to death.

As for Sweet Sixteen, that show is quite frankly the cancer of television.

No...you think? :D A sig-worthy quote if ever I've seen one :D

i see nothing wrong with that sentence :p
an M3 isn't really that expensive though is it? remember that VAT is much lower, along with car-related taxes the OTR price will be much lower (relatively)

Hardly surprising, my cousin had a top spec X5 when he was 18. Go over there, you'll see many top spec cars being driven by teenagers.

And if we had their car insurance methods then you'd see a lot of teenagers here driving top spec cars. Imagine all the public school kids cruising around in their parents 911s

I don't think any of the younger drivers in the motors section would complain tbh, I wouldn't mind cruising around in my dad's E93 convertible. No M3 though :D

Insurance is about £8000 in case you were wondering :)

Would probably give the car industry a good boost to be honest. Insurance is a factor which prevents a lot of customers from going for the higher-spec, more expensive models. In fact insurance was the only thing stopping my parents buying a Cooper over a Cooper S.

Trouble is a lot of Americans live the lavish lifestyle, capitalist and morally questionable - hated by the Middle East. The rest live in the gutter.

It's a horrible country.

If you want wealth and success, WORK for it and don't expect to inherit it. Otherwise you contribute nothing to society and, quite frankly, don't deserve to breathe the same air as the rest of us.

Yep, so rich Mummy and Daddy can insure the car & pay for the petrol while Mr 15-year-old rags it around :p

What do you mean? If i was totally loaded, i'd have a games room for my kids with big tv etc, send them to the best schools and pay out the nose for it etc. Buy them a car, a desirable car. Obviously they wont be able to pay for insurance, i would pay that. However, they'd have to pay for their own damn fuel! BUT...what i'm saying is it's a gift, its all relative. A lot people get cars bought by their parents and sometimes they want their kids to have the best. Whether its appropriate or not doesnt always come into it, but thats not how to live life.
