What are my Ebay/buyers rights please?

According to that my package/card meets 3 out of the 5 original specs.
I can't check the PSP one.
The only thing is doesn't meet is the package has rounded corners.

Where exactly do I go on Ebay to make a complaint?

Check it in my PSP if you want :o I know they are expensive cards, I have an 8gb and would like a 16gb but can't justify it.

did you use paypal ? tell him your going to start a dispute and he will probably sort it out pronto

paypal usually side with the seller anyway and i imagine if you linked them to ebays fake card page someone posted then theyd side with you even quicker

Are you 100% sure its not working? some devices can be quite picky with sticks over 4gig or not even work at all depending on the device and firmware revision.

Wow there's two negitve feedback entries concerning these memory cards and he's stated he's refunded them. You would think this guy would learn to be abit more forthcoming to his customers.

Also he states this on a couple of the listing of these memory cards.
PLEASE NOTE: I WILL NOT CLASS THIS AS BRAND NEW BECAUSE THE PACKAGING HAS BEEN OPENED

I'd question if your card was genuinely brand new if you're able to get it open so easily.

Blimey, I didn't think anyone who knew about technology actually bought memory cards from eBay anymore - most are fake (as you're no doubt finding out).

Hopefully you'll be able to get your money back from PayPal on this, but I would certainly make it clear to the seller that you'll be flagging him as selling fake cards, as this will get him removed.

Very true but as stated, mine fits 3 of the genuine criteria
I can't check the PSP criteria.

However, your statement could be true of anything you buy on Ebay and out of the 100s of things I've bought (including memory cards) this is the first one to go wrong.
