What are some must have N64 games?

Banjo Kazooie.

I never EVER understood why people rated this worse than mario. I would go as far as saying mario64 was POOR compared to banjo kazooie (!).

So much more to do, and with the jigsaws (equivilent to stars in mario) NEVER seemed like a chore to get. Each level was so much more interesting and had so much to do. Mario was pretty aweful compared to banjo.... please pick it up!

To right, can't wait for it to arrive on the 360:D

Banjo in hi-def :D:D:D

Goldeneye is still the only one I get out and play anymore. Absolute riot on multiplayer if you have the screen real estate

james bond - the world is not enough *YES THEY DID MAKE IT FOR THE N64*

its not golden eye, its a damn good game though, better graphics than golden eye and top class multiplayer aswell as single player

i had it and regret selling it now BIG TIME, should be able to find it in some used games shops

...pokemon (shudder) stadium, its got some good mini games and it was a major title on the n64

also anything star wars namley rouge squdren and shadows of the empire as well as pod racer

resi

Most of my Favs are mentioned but also look out for:

Banjo Tooie.. (an excellent sequal to Banjo)
Conkers Bad Furday
Perfect Dark
Jet for Gemini
Body Harvest

They broke off and made Free Radical Design (Think Timesplitters).

So if they're not. Neither will the magic that made them classic games great
that are getting released on the 360. I'll read up on Free Radical Design and see if they're still as good as they were when they were working for Rare.

I'd love to find out what games they've created.

Edit

Well that didn't take long here are the games they've created.

Thats not strictly true..

3 of the Goldeneye team left to form Free Radical.. time splitters etc.. but they have recently been talks of them leaving free Radical as well becuase of recent publisher problems.

Martin Hollis.. (Producer behind Goldeneye and Perfect Dark) has left to Setup Zoonami.. but they have yet to release any games. They had a number of Gamecube titles planned but all have yet to arise. Although there strong ties with nintendo means those titles may well finally reach the Wii.

And the Stamper Brothers .. and owners of RARE since the good old days have been working there for ages now and only left recently after selling the rest of ther shares to MS. although rumours have it they were pushed out after the recent 360 flops they have made.

There is also rumours they are planning to setup a new games company.. but i cant confirm anything other than that :)

..

Yeah, Free Radical were some of the people that did Goldeneye, nothing to do with the Banjo-Kazooie crew, which was a totally seperate project. No idea what happened to any of them.
