What are the 30 year old plus gamers playing?

I enjoy playing the odd game of Fortnite with my son. He's recently got back into it and it's quite fun. I don't get much time to get into anything else.

I've been really into Ready or Not lately ever since the latest patch 1.0 dropped (official release).

I get confused whether im the hero or terrorist sometimes, the urge to shoot Gen Z is so great . There's one particular mission where you just have to at least once.

My time at sandrock has been a huge time sink for me the past few months. I hear very little about the game, not even sure why i bought it, but there's like 100 hours of content there which is mostly really laid back and chilled gaming, with quite a fun story to it.

Decided to give Shadow of War another go, as it felt like a bit too much of a grind for me when I last tried to play it. The nemesis system is great but I do end up getting into situations where 4 enemy captains are trying to kill me at the same time!

Started playing Cyberpunk 2077, it's pretty good so far, picked it up in the sale yesterday didn't play it earlier because I wanted to wait until all the bugs were fixed

Did you get it in the steam sale? I’ve seen some good deals on gog but I’d much prefer it in Steam.

I got it on Epic because it was cheapest @ £16.50. Did a search beforehand and it seems all the mods are compatible with the EGS version so I wasn't too bothered about which launcher it was with

I've just finished Phantom Liberty, and have now moved on to Hitman 3. I also bought the FF7 remake on a whim, but will likely keep that parked for a while.

Literally just finished Rachet And Clank A Rift Apart, one of the most stunning games around for sure, ran flawlessly, always loved the previous ones on the PS, this was a very well done port, I could probably give this a 9/10 maybe a 10, @mrk agrees, this is faultless, and everything about it is perfect!

I've been holding out for this for a while. I tend not to play RPGs - just too complicated - I prefer simple Doom style FPS and racing F1'22 etc and Forza. I just about coped with the story/inventory etc in the Metro games. How accessable is Cyberpunk for a non-RPG player. I should add that 25 years ago, I played *a lot* of the Cyberpunk 2077 paper based RPG!

I just finished Ghostwire:Tokyo today, which was free from Epic over the Christmas period. It was better than I was expecting with an interesting story, combat, gameplay and good quality graphics. I was expecting to get bored and to move on to something else, but the story and upgrades helped keep me interested. I feel that I also have to mention that it has lots of cats, dogs and Japanese mysticism/folklore. Furthermore, I somehow got hooked on feeding all the Shiba Ini in and around Tokyo.

Overall (as it was free, it gets a bit higher score) I'd give the game 7/10.

Right now.
Baldur's Gate 3,
Street Fighter 6,
World of Warcraft : Dragon flight.

I normally prefer to play SF 6 online play. My proudest moment thus far is beating a player with 14 straight wins online!

I am stuck on the third act of BG3, its so big! I don't know how to get to Orin even at level 11...
