Mid 40's and, other than Cyberpunk 2077, the newest games I'm playing are at least 5 years old but most are even older with some that are 23 years old Like DID's Total Air War (1998) or Janes 688I (1997) Sub game. The silliest thing is that I've bought dozens of "new" games on Steam during sales but just never get around to playing them, so things like Doom Eternal, Far Cry 5, Squad etc where as a I've got 200hrs in a turn-based WW2 game from 2011 and easily 1000+hrs in the earlier mentioned Total Air War.
I guess for me having the latest shiny graphics just isn't as important as having great gameplay first and foremost, and I find far too many modern games have ditched having a strong gameplay for shiny graphics, which ultimately gives these games no real staying power. I mean will I be playing Cyberpunk 2077 in 23 years time like I am Total Air War, I doubt it TBH!
