What are you hoping for on black friday?

I was hoping it would be new PC time this BF, but the lack of good deals and some upcoming releases means I'll be waiting a few months to see what happens. Plus I don't have a job so shouldn't be replacing a working PC atm anyway.

Ended up buying an air fryer, wanted one for ages then saw someone post about it in another thread. I need to lose a lot of weight so trying to make it easier to cook real food. And just wanted something to play with, xmas is always boring/lonely, and being unemployed is killing me.

Anyone seen any bargains for a 55" telly? I know it's a bit of a minefield (LED, OLED etc) but something with a refresh range of 120Hz or more would be good.

Got a very satisfactory deal on a s24 ultra. Also came with free knockoff Samsung airpods, trade in for my old s21 and 50quid cashback from top cashback

Id mobile isn't the greatest but I've been with them for years and it's always good value. Could have paid another £1 per month for unlimited data, but suspect I can muddle through with a mere 500gb...not sure I have ever used 10

I had a list of stuff to get on black friday (and some associated funds saved up) and got it all at prices im Happy with. If you just buy the stuff on the front page the retailers win, but you can still get some good deals if your targeted with it

It depends if it's just a tv to watch stuff casually or more for a home cinema high quality picture you're after. I'm actually considering a replacement for our casual TV in the living room - the TV room is fine for now. I don't really need one though as the existing TV although 8 years old is fine.

Cat vomited on my Ducky keyboard yesterday, some keys worked some didn't. I gave it a lean then none worked lol. I've now just ordered a replacement for £112 from OCUK. It wasn't on the list of BF purchases but its arriving Monday. Going back to my reserve keyboard is painful, need those red cherry switches.

Sadly, this was the same experience for me. I've saved up a bit of a nest egg and would be looking to pay 1/2 on the deposit and the rest over the 12 months deferred period. Didn't see anything that sat within my interests and price range though.

Ideally looking for an AM5 build with something like a AMD 7700X CPU, for about £1200. Every time I find something that fits the bill, like the OcUK Gaming Khukri for example, I start playing with the components and next thing you know I'm up to about £1500. Keep telling myself to focus on the CPU and GPU and everything else can be upgraded later but then I keep going into that scroll hole. Back to the configurator, find a pre built with similar specs, debate for hours, play with the build, outprice myself, compare my build to pre-built PC's and repeat. I'm sick to death of it, so maybe I need to wait until some of the new stuff comes out and we might see some good Xmas or early new year deals. Heeeeeeeeelp. Haha!

Up to now its been pretty underwhelming, when I look at black friday mouse deals anywhere, I just think . . . well that should be normal price before being lowered for black friday.

Not much special hardware wise anywhere, that would make thousands of people want to snap something up and sell out within minutes anyway.

Boring black friday upto now.
