You're sick dude. Volume numbers should ever be even only.

Edit: actually multiples of five are all right.

Yay, someone who understands what I feel like :D

I also need all my ornaments and stuff lined up just so and everythiing has to be in a specific order. I have mini Zen garden at home and if anyone rakes the sand I have to take everything out, rake the sand into circles and put the rocks back into it. :(

This thread makes me feel normal, whenever I feel bad I'll just read this thread and realise it could be worse :p

Although then again i'm probably at the end of the spectrum and have a messy everything, which can't be any better :o

I forgot alphabetisation of everything and my wardrobe is split into different types of clothes and then they're hung up by colour.

Can't believe the amount of people that like even numbers :(

when it comes to discussion of firearms, i have been described as obsessive and compulsive, in a disorderly manner.

does that count?

Meh, I'm perfectly normal compared to you weirdos. Although, I don't like mess at all. I'm perfectly content sitting in my own partial mess, but if it's really bad or there's dirt everywhere and especially if it isn't mine; I hate it. I usually wake up at home and have to clean the whole house before I can even think about a shower or getting dressed, but I put it down to feeling constantly dirty for a couple of years (16-18) due to a mild skin condition I had. Although, now that my skin is back to how it always was and I've lived with other students, I'm much more relaxed about the whole thing :)

With music files for example, I have to capitalise every letter, such as: Artist Number One - Song Fifteen. I don't know what that is about :p

Strangely, I'm totally OCD about things on my PC but completely the opposite in real life. All my files and folders are meticulously sorted, my music collection perfectly tagged and sorted, etc. etc. but my room looks like a bomb has hit it.

OK, In a list, whats your OCD-Style habits;

Some of mine;

Washing hands...
*Whenever I go outside, even if it is to the garage or to get something out of the car.
*Whenever I touch money
*Using a baby wipe to wipe over my phone every day after work.
*Washing my hands after touching a DVD thats been rented (I do it because of not knowing who has touched it before etc etc!)
*Washing my hands after touching the mail/opening parcels etc
*Using a baby wipe over my hands if I've used a trolley or basket in a supermarket.
*Make people wash their hands before they use anything in my room if they have been outside.
*Using the gloves at a petrol station.
*Never touch toilet doors, always use a tissue over the handle.
*Always checking the taps are off after clearly turning them off.
*Always press the lock key of my car a few times.

Strange hey... I know I know! :p

so does ocd like that disorder where you continually wash ** hands. Must get quite annoying :D

# Always gotta have my keyboard and mouse aligned to the center of the desk when I'm going to watch a movie/tv
# Always gotta lift my chair cushion up and position it back down perfectly before sitting
# Always gotta check my graphics card temperature a few times before going downstairs.

I am clean, but I'm one of those who believe a bit of dirt doesn't hurt anybody.

If your body knows how to fight a small infection off, then if you get the infection badly next time, you'll likely recover quicker than somebody who hasn't been introduced to the infection before.

If there's one thing that gets on my nerves, it's people who go so far, that they brush up every single crumb on the carpet the second it appears.

If I see a plug socket that is on, but with nothing plugged in I HAVE to turn it off!

Oh, I hate that too!
I'm the same as Seek - I like my hands to be clean but I'm not OCD.

not really an OCD cos i can put up with it, but wide open doors distract the hell outta me. I can always see it out the corner of my eye and its annoyin as hell. Especially if its an added light source, the 2 doors behind my comp let loads of sunlight through glaring my screen...

Everything, HAS to be perfectly straight (eg not at an angle) on my desk, after a long time I've JUST about managed to ignore other peoples desk, but if anything is wonky, or hanging over the edge of my desk ARGH i have to put it right.

Whats in what pockets of my trousers  wallet back left, fags back right, mp3 / phone front left, inhaler / keys front right. just doesnt work any other way around

few other things, but nothing that i maintain as anal-ey :(

*edit*

InsomniaCalls good man :)

1) I have to wash my hands at any given opportunity. I hate my hands feeling like they're at all dirty/grubby.

2) At home if someone doesn't wash their hands before handleing food i.e. a block of cheese, and I see them doing it, I'll refuse to eat it.

3) I'm obsessed that my phone's keypad is not locked and check this constantly even though it is a Samsung sliding phone and locks automatically when you shut it!

4) I always check that I have things with me when I need them more times than necessary. For example, if I go on holiday i'll check my tickets and passport are in my hand luggage every 5 minutes and continue to do this at the airport and on the plane.

5) I count things constantly such as the number of links on a watch, the number of tiles on a ceiling or the number of buttons on a remote control and I have no idea why I do this.

6) Things have to be relatively clean and tidy. I don't mind a little bit of dirt but if something is really dirty I have to clean it for example the cars. Eventhough I don't drive them, if they are dirty and nobody is in any sort of rush to clean them i'll have to do it. This is torture in bad weather
