Currently reading Plato's 'The Republic', then I'll be moving onto either 'Leviathan' by Thomas Hobbes or 'The Brothers Karamazov' by Dostoyevsky.
Im trying to get through Catcher in the Rye but not enjoying it at all, haven't picked it up in a few days.
This is probably my all time most hated book. It seems to be one that apparently "should" be read but to me it was the most boring, pointless book and I really regret actually spending a few hours reading it!
Me too! After devouring pretty much all his early books as a teenager some twenty-odd years ago, I've recently been on a bit of a catchup.[...] I seem to be in a King phase at the moment.
Just starting Midnight Tides (Book 5 of Malazan) - still loving it, the amount of characters, depth of the world and general concept is absolutely bonkers but brilliant.
Also have to love the page sync feature on the Kindle, switching between reading it on my phone during breaks at work then on my Kindle when I get back home, seamless.![]()

Just started Prince of Thorns by Mark Lawrence. He's a new a new writer but boy does this guy know how to write. His 2nd book in the series is due to be released soon too. It's currently on offer on amazon for 1.99 so pick it up if you like dark, grim, realistic fantasy stories.
