What breakfast makes you tick?

Big, fat american style pancakes, rashes and rashes of bacon strips all drizzled in a huge amount of golden syrup.
Though this is for special occasions, we don't tend to have it all the time as I would be twice the size if we did :)

Has to have eggs in it no matter what. I'm always left disapointed if I don't have some form of protein at breakfast, so eggs, meat work a treat. I love a hot cooked breakfast. If I haven't got the chance for any proper food for brekkie, which does happen, hot porridge is a good alternative.

Depends on what day it is for me.

If I'm working then just a bowl of Shreddies or Special K

If it is the weekend then one of the following:

Copious bread realted products with plenty of butter: muffins, bagels and crumpets
Bacon, fried egg and half a baguette
Scrambled eggs on toast
Almond croissants

The best breakdast I ever had was in Vegas. Lobster Eggs Benedict.

Sausage & egg mcmuffins F.T.W!

At home I often do scrambled eggs on toast, or a cheese omelette. Cereals tend not to appeal, although weetabix with hot milk and sugar is great on those cold winter mornings. If I want something quick then toasted crumpets with (real) butter are great. Or for a healthy choice I get a dollop of decent yogurt, mix in some chopped fresh fruit and give it a light sprinkling of museli.

Full english will always be king though of course. ;)

In a rush somedays so just neck down 4/5 raw eggs, followed by a nice big lump of butter and then a tbsp of Cod liver oil! Glass of fresh water to wash down, Vit C500mg, B200mg, E400iu, calcium citrate 300mg, magnesium citrate 300mg. All done in about 1 minute 10 seconds! Know how to treat myself to culinary delight don't I?:p

I don't think I could eat one raw egg without throwing up. Then add the butter and the cod liver oil? That sounds like the most horrific breakfast EVER!
