What curry?

What should I go for? Madras, or Rogan Josh? Used to have korma's, but want to work my way up. Had a bhuna which was fine.

What do you think is the next step?

Go for a Rogan Josh I'd say - I've never really liked a Madras. Though it really depends on what you like in your curry, i.e. what veg etc?

Chicken Tikka Korai is lovely if you just want flavour.

I personally lvoe Jalfrezi but then I'm a chilli nut.

There's not really a set "hotness" for most curries, dishes will vary from place to place, you could just ask them to make whatever you usually have hotter.

My favourite curry is a good chicken madras though. Hmmm...if I hadn't already ordered chinese

Lamb Dansak's are awesome, and I don't find them to be hot at all.

Balti are good too. However Dansak isn't that hot IMO. However I agree the Rogan Josh is delicious! Biryanni is lovely too.
