What development Software do you use??

Visual Studio 2012
RubyMine
Notepad++ or SublimeText for quick edits

Stick with 2010, I needed VS at home so installed 2012 and its got a god awful UI. Feature wise its fine but you have to look at that UI. not nice.

On the other hand, I use it for 8 hours a day and I like the dark UI

Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010/2012 + Telerik Extensions
SQL Management Studio 2005/2012 + Redgate's sql search

I found 2012 awful to start off with but now tht I am using it extensively I don't actually mind it and applying the Dark UI theme is a +1 from me.

Still have to use the other versions of VS due to old reporting servers (SQL 2005) and legacy projects that haven't been upgraded yet.

Paint.Net for my graphic needs + psd plugin.
