I prefer native over upscaling, it's immediately noticeable in the last of us part 1, which I think has a newish version of DLSS? DLSS quality at 4K is simply less detailed than native 4K.
For me, PC gaming is about sharpness/detail/clarity, so maintaining a higher resolution/native is more important than most other image settings.
Also, DLAA is horrendous in the last of us, to the point of being broken. I hear it's great in other games, so these technologies are very game dependent.
