remains of last nights dinner usually, but to be honest I don't get a chance mostly as I'm rarely awake before noon anyway so usually I go straight into lunch.
One of cereal, toast, (savoury filled) croissants, fried breakfast (rare now) oatcakes or fresh air. On run or climb days though I do try to have cereal, toast and a banana to set me up right.
I didn't used to like it having had normal Alpen during my childhood as it was a bit bland. But I had a long time (months) of trying to cut down on sugar etc, and I picked up a no added sugar pack last week and it's fine now
Im usually in bed, so usually nout. However on the rare occasion I need to be in work early ill usually stop by dicksons for a sausage sarnie and a couple of hash browns and itll keep me going till tea time.
