What do you have for breakfast?

Mostly Fruit (pineapple,banana,pears,apples,passion fruits,) sometimes fresh O or Grapefruit Juice, some nuts, AND OF COURSE COFFEE!!! it's a bit weird, but you know whats weirder?

The fact that cereal was invented by a religious nut who thought cereal consumption would stop people masturbating and being whores...???

Anyways cereals are bad hmmkay.. inflammatory & full of phytic acid, nasty stuff that stops your body absorbing nutrients.

Also a few people have said they arent hungry in the mornings (feel sick). I've had that, its not good, it means your digestive system is stressed basically, you probably need at least some zinc sups to boost your stomach acid levels up again and your hunger will gradually return..!

It's either a smoothie:
strawberries, banana, large handful porridge oats, whey protien & milk

Or if I haven't got any fruit I have wheatabix & a protien drink.
 
One croissant. The croissants over here aren't as nice, have a strong buttery/cheesey taste to them. Same goes for the milk so I'm lost for breakfast. :(
 
Yup. I won't bother giving you the whole shpeil - but it's a fairly non-event. I eat over 16 eggs a week - I have high HDL and low LDL (which is good).

Its even on the British Heart Foundation website, the whole thing about eggs and increased cholesterol, there is no relation between the two.
 
3 eggs (5 but only 2 yolks sometimes, depending on the time of year), 4 weetabix followed up with a banana on the weetabix if the occasion calls for it.
 
During the week either a banana or two peices of brown toast

On Saturday, a bacon barm if I can be bothered going to the shop, if not, toast or cereal

Sunday, nothing, i'm usually asleep and skip breakfast
