I have two breaks and always have the same meal during these breaks.

Usually I make pasta/chicken or pasta/steak or rice/chicken or rice/tuna or vegies/chicken or vegies/beef. Always a cup of coffee on the side. :D

I haven't made a sandwich in over a year. Sick of sandwhiches.

I'm pretty boring when it comes to preparing food. I feel more self conscious when I am eating food at work/public, so, I end up eating healthier. Anyone else like this?

leftovers from the previous night's dinner - chuck whatever meat/curry/stew into a sandwich or spagbol etc

om nom nom

Tend to normally make sandwiches, however im working in town on my current job, good range of shops/bakerie's/takeaways etc, so i havent bothered with making a lunch lately.

I don't make anything.

I go to the canteen.

They do an awesome beef strogonoff on Tuesdays - nom nom.

I'll have pretty much anything that can be simply prepared without a hob (have oven, microwave and toaster at work) falafel has been my choice recently, big pitta toasted, some hummous and salsa spread inside, bit of salad, microwaved or ovened falafel, top with habanero sauce. Awesome filling (faux) healthy lunch.

Sandwiches, im a plumber and work in a lot of villages, a few new builds with no way to heat food etc so im pretty boring with lunch really.

If i feel like a rebel ill have cold pasta and sauce left over from the night before!!

:p

Free cooked lunch at the canteen!

I never realised how much money I used to spend on lunch before. Now I get free lunches, sandwiches, fruit, soup and yoghurts. Doesn't do the waist line any good though.

I am terrible...I buy lunch from places like EAT, Pret, Starbucks, Yo! Sushi or we go to the pub...

Cost me a fortune but I try not to think about it!

To make up for it, I normally just have cereal or porridge for breakfast (so thats £2 for the week), and Soup plus some meat for dinner (that's about £3). I also seldom get takeaways either, don't buy alcohol. It all balances out somewhat.

Stir fry, straight to wok noodles, half a pack of stir fry veg, sachet of sauce but cooked in microwave, leftovers or buy a sandwhich.

I don't bring in lunch, although sometimes buy a few pasta pots for a mid morning snack (from Tesco's). For lunch I usually have a curry sandwich (delicious). Thursdays is roast day in the 'posher' 'restaurant' and usually have a full English breakfast on Fridays at about 10:30 instead of lunch.

I work for myself and frequently forget to make sandwhiches, so I'm normally left with the delights of whatever newsagent I'm passing has to offer. Normally packet sarnies which can range from "Mmm this isn't bad" to "WHAT THE HELL IS IN THIS THING!".

I don't get time to make sarnies in the morning but I have Chiquito's, Nando's, Frankie and Bennie's, Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Tesco and a Subway all within walking distance.

If I'm feeling healthy there's a canteen at work that does jacket spuds, salads and **** like that :)
