What earphones for running?

If you can't find any that stay in on there own I've found wearing an 80's style headband and pulling it down a bit at the back so it covers the ears can stop in ear headphones from falling out. It helps to stop that little bit of movement of the wire which ends up pulling them out.

I tried this with a hat, didn't work, they just fall out. Will have to get a band

I borrowed her Sennheisers tonight and they didn't try to jump out at all, so it's obviously the shape of my Sonys that are the problem. They are due for replacement, so I think I know what I'll replace them with now

After 18 months abuse they broke last month but I bought another pair, far too comfy to risk other brands being worse .

One problem is they dont go very loud, at their loudest setting is fine on my ipod shuffle blocks out treadmills nearby etc, dunno what reviews are on about but they could go a tiny bit louder just incase (for people with worse hearing )
