Timeline is a bit fuzzy, but I remember playing Magic Carpet, Age of Empires and some old flight sim on my Dad's computer, then a friend of mine got Hidden and Dangerous and I nagged my parents solidly for about 6 months until they bought something I could play it on.
Played a bit of jazz jack rabbit 2 when my parents bought there first (maybe 2nd) PC. I don't really count this as what turned me to PC gaming though. Half life 2/ Counter strike source was what converted me from a console fanboy to a PC fanboy.
The first game I ever played was probably Pong. When I bought my first pc which was a 386dx 25, 4mb of memory and 40 megabyte hard my first game was Civilization which was just an amazing game. My PC cost about £900. I bought a 3dfx card to play Tomb Raider
