What games have you bought but never/barely played?

Battlefield 3 is ruining my life. I used to play all the latest games straight away but since I started playing this I can't pull myself away.
Got out of the first room on Thief, stopped, and went straight back to the BF server! :D
 
I have GTA IV + DLC sitting on my Steam games list at the moment, bought it back in 2012 and will have to play it soon as it's GFWL. So I'm guessing it will stop working soon.

Most games I buy I normally try to play, even if it is only for a few hours.
 
Arkham city
Skyrim
Red dead redemption
All GTA except for vice city.
far cry's
Basically, sworn off sandbox games.
Which scares me as Witcher3 is on horizon.
 
I buy about 3 games a year tops so am usually pretty selective.

Games I bought and never got into...

Fallout 3 - don't know why, i usually love open ended stuff
Sleeping dogs - too "consoley" going back and doing the same fight again and again until you win.

Games I've loved:

The witcher
Oblivion
War Thunder
World of Tanks

Want to play Far Cry 3 next

and 1.5 hours in the Witcher 2 (no xbox controller about the only thing stopping me)
4 hours in LA Noire
Dead space games (about 30minutes in each of them)
Mass effect trilogy (about 4 hours and got bored)
I'll get around to metro LL at some point

thief on the other hand I should just uninstall

Do you prefer BF3 over BF4 then?
 
Gotta tread carefully here as I will probably ruffle a few feathers with my list!! :p

Sniper Elite Nazi Zombie....boring
Arma II bought for the DayZ mod (see below)
DayZ Mod.....clunky un-user friendly bucket of poop
DayZ Stand Alone....slightly less clunky but still a load of guff
State of Decay....wanted to like this but just never got into it
Walking Dead....love the tv show....the game is not like the tv show. Still should have loved it but just couldn't get in to it

Probably a few others I've gotten from bundles
 
Too many that have never been installed.

I guess the one that stands out is Halflife, lots of people rave about it but i can never be bothered to play it.

Yeah I like the open world stuff myself but with limited play time now (young child) I find I just never get very far into them.

The Witcher 3 is an interesting one, I love the Witcher universe and have read the books that have been translated into English and really want to like the games but I found the combat systems just so clunky. I persevered with Witcher 1 for quite a while but didn't make it past the first combat tutorial in Witcher 2, just didn't feel 'right' at all.

I haven't had a shot on 4 yet, so I don't really know. I did the campaign on 3 and thought I should give multiplayer a go, so dived in. I read the BF4 thread on here regularly and there seems to be a lot of bugs still about so haven't bothered yet. Plus the thought of coming up against Nexus scares the pants off me!

the last 2 years ive spent a lot less playing games on the pc, and not even renewed my 360 sub or bothered with next gen consoles.

but VERY addicted to Factorio!

I don't think I have ever played a Battlefield campaign!

A lot of the guys from OcUK who play together have much broader minds than me and are happy to play all maps whereas I enjoy Domination/TDM without vehicles.
 
Myself back into pc games after a 7 year brake brought loads of bargings but never played
Bf4 about 1hr
Coh 2 20min
Borderlands 2 10 min
Gta collection iv 1hr just to get enb working

Spent more time recently playing with radeonpro and sweetfx than playing the actual games lol

The main one on my list is skyrim - but I have played around 30 hours on it - butg that was quite a while ago, recently picked up arkham origins and this has yet to be loaded up. Got a good few games free* with my gpus when I bought them and a lot of them have gone unloved - or with very minimal love when I first got them and then nothing since lol

Sim City/total war shogun/dirt showdown - although there is hope for Sim City - have a mate who's going to buy it soon so I'l have company on teh pc side finally lol

I really should get to playing these. But equally I'm upgrading my PC in a couple of months and I'd rather play the lot at max settings instead of lowest D:
