What gaming mouse do you use for FPS gaming?

Curently the Deathadder blak version but am looking to a change as I can't reach the side button closest to the front.

Tried 2 from Steelseries (Sensie and Kana) but the software never works, tried a Rocatt Kova which was terribly plasticy and had awful side buttons that were too small and stiff and a Corsair M95 which is too heavy and unconfortable. Just keep going back to the razer until I find my perfect mouse.

Microsoft wheel mouse optical (WMO 1.1a). Getting on for 10 years old now, was fine for UT99, quake 2 and 3 back then and is still fine for CSS/GO and UT3 etc now.

Found mine tonight after looking for my MX518. Took it apart for a good clean and now got some Puretrak teflon pads on order.

Would I get burned alive for using an Apple Magic Mouse?

I do still have a Steelseries Xai, but most of it's side buttons don't work, and the the wheel double/triple clicks when being pressed once.

I've heard the Magic Mouse is very good but I don't know how well it handles gaming!

It's really awkward, it's easy to accidentally scroll because you moved a finger up and down. Means you can end up cycling through weapons by mistake. Although a broken mouse wheel on my other mouse doesn't help either.

Love my Magic Mouse but need a new gaming one really. The most annoying thing about the Xai is still that it can halt, or drastically slow down boot times because of it's on board memory messing around with the bios. It's an issue they had never fixed at all.

Logitech G5

Will never change from Logitech mice as long as they keep this body shape! It's sooo comfortable for me.
