David Ford, Newcastle Uni, Valentines Day. Win.

The same David Ford that supported Starsailor at the Carling Academy in Newcastle late last year? If so, he was pretty good, might have to check it out.

It is and he's absolutely ******* amazing.

Especially the solo version of State Of The Union...He might have played it at the Academy...Just David, a digiloop and him playing every instrument, looping over themselves.

Say hello if you go, dude.

Saw them at Readng in '98 and they were decent, put on a really good show.

Would love to see Silverchair too if they make it back on the road.

Red Sparowes are touring in March/April and I won't be missing them either.

Kaiser Chiefs end of April for me @ NIA

Back end of last year was hectic, Motorhead, Prodigy and Hard-Fi all within a matter of weeks of each other :D

Persuade me to go. He's playing in Cambridge tomorrow night and I don't really have anything else to do.

Multi-instrumentalist with a backing band. He really is a musical genius. Fantastic voice. State of the Union live will literally blow you away.

He used to be the frontman for Easyworld (remember them?) and was one of the most riviting people I have ever seen on stage.

Plus, the last time I saw him, the stage props were a sofa and a victorian streetlight.

www.david-ford.com - it may have some downloads on it...not visited in a while.

Will be 27th, cos they are playing Hammersmith Apollo 28/29 (I'm going to 28th performance).

Fear Factory - 8th April in Bristol, cant wait to see the band that got me into Metal, finally.

Mastodon and As I Lay Dying are the only two other bands I really want to see this year.
