I saw a Dragonforce video on TV earlier and I almost cried with laughter. Are they for real or is their whole act just a joke?

Anyway, sorted my gigs out for the next month or two:

Cave In & Pelican in Brum
Red Sparowes in Brum
Oceansize in Brum
Mogwai in Bristol

just Bought Tickets to see Disturbed in London on the 3rd of April.. should be fun

but ive never liked going into london
 
I managed to get some Sigur Ros tickets off ebay for the Manchester Apollo Gig, I am also trying to get hold of Flaming Lips tickets but that is all I am interested in at the moment. :)
 
seen - nme awards (maximo + we are scientists were incredible)
got - milburn, bloc party
hoping for - leeds, we are scientists, kaiser chiefs, interpol, (if they do a tour)

i may be going to that one as well as the manc date
3rd is my bday and i'll be at home anyway so easy enough to do
 
Oh got tickets for the Arctic Monkeys in Blackpool on the 23rd April in Blackpool but the more I hear them the more I go off them at the moment.

And they weren't all that when I saw them at the NME Awards and I read a re-view of the Sheffield gig they did and that too was apparently poor.

Don't believe the hype? At least he's honest :D

I've just found out the Arrogant Sons Of ******* are playing in London soon. I have to go to this. They're only coming because some fans are paying all their expenses and it will be the last time they play here.

thought you would be off to see them with a name like that :-) i'm seeing them at manchester, should be interesting cause their playing academy 2 which = small compact pits. will be good to see them in a smaller venue as well.

and going in a totally different direction to the band above i am off to see Jack Johnson play the MEN arean in manchester on the 24th of feb. its a surprise for a friend coming over from japan.

i would list more but money is tight and cant get out too see much gigs at the moment.

from what people are seeing this year, i'd love to catch Sigur Rós, Bloc Party and Panic! At the Disco, but it's just not going to happen, i dont think..
 
Just Download planned for me this year.

Oh and Tool if they tour for the new album, would love to see them live.
