What happens to your Steam games when you die?

Digital life is an interesting one for certain; FB, instgram, steam etc.. I guess the only thing that ties steam down to an individual is the registered email address? Can you not change that to a person you choose to take on the account, then once done, change the user name? I'm just guessing.

Yes it all tied to registered email address. I cant change dad's steam account name but I can change both username and email address. On Origin I can change dad's account or ID name, dad name, date of birth, dad email into my name and my email address. On GOG I can change it like Origin but only cannot change account or username.

I don't think change steam and GOG account name are that mattered to me so it really very important to have account names and passwords, security questions etc all write down in black book and keep it in safe place. That was what my dad did.
