Currently my desktop is 'MattDesktop' and my laptop is 'MattVaio' - nice and simple. Plus 'Arch1' and 'Arch2' for the Linux VMs I use to run Folding@Home.

My desktop is named WINDOWSXP.

My sister's is in a Lian Li V350 case and therefore named V350.

My HTPC is... wait for it... HTPC.

Edit: And my laptop is DV6174EA, because that's the model number.

I got bored at work and named the workstations for the instruments: Akatosh, Arkay, Dibella, Mara and Zenithar. More to annoy my colleagues than any other reason...
