Almost 'snap' although my amp is a 7510.Sennheiser HD650's, fed by a Beresford Caiman.
Sennheiser PX100 for work
Goldring dr150 for gaming (single)
Goldring dr100 also for gaming (multi)
Grado SR80i for hifi and ipod
Intriguing. Can I ask why you use DR150's for 1P gaming, and DR100's for MP gaming?
I prefer the dr100's for multiplayer gaming.
The Dr150's have a fuller sound to them, and tend to push every detail of the game into your ears, because of this they seem to amplify the ambient sounds more than the 100's, which i find can hinder the positioning of footsteps, and gunshot.
Because the 100's lack some bass and are more subtle on your ears the positioning is excellent.
Music is another matter, if i plug the 100's and 150's into my headphone amp at the same time, you can hear the difference even before you put them on your head. The fuller more detailed sound from the 150's is a step above the 100's which to me sound a little flat for music, compared to the 150's.
Apart from on the odd few songs where the 150's's tend to trip themselves up by pushing to much detail and everything just becomes a mess of music.
Just got a pair of DT880s to partner my X-Fi HD
All I can say is WOW.
BFBC2 has come to life as has my Mp3 collection!

Roccat Kaves- if you are looking for gaming phones, they are the ones to get. Absolutely destroy things like the Logitech G35 and are simply amazing in almost all respects.
Thanks for that.
I have the DR150's myself, so I was rather intrigued by what you said. I have seen some people say they prefer the DR50's for gaming over the DR150's, maybe a similar reason is why.
