It's raining just now so cant hear much at the mo. I heard it earlier when I got out of my car after work.

I have emailed countryfile with the mp3 to see if they know what it is

It does seem strange that the noise is always there though, I would have thought an animal would move about and not be there all the time.

Very strange with the noise being there all the time. As Jodie said, I would have thought if it was an animal then it would be moving around.

Only hearing it at night though seems to be a badger.

At the end of the garden I'l put out some food, meat. Then watch from an upstairs window with the window open. See if you can hear the noise then watch the huge black bear come out of the woods, get the food, say thanks and run back in again

Atleast then you would know what your dealing with. You would then have to get the estate agents in and move away very soon
