What is the oldest game you still play & install today?

oldest game i have for pc would be war of the ring, which about once every 2 years i take a notion to play again.

oldest game i've played recently would probably be oblivion.

if we're talking consoles i have a copy of ridge racer 4 around somewhere

1st Colonization from 94 probably though it's been a while since I last played it

I loved the original Colonization!, remember getting it at chrimbo along with Transport Tycoon on (before they had to change the train names) both on floppies :P
Oh and they ran lovely on the Pentium 90mhz I got :P one of those packard bells that went in the corner!

Depending if you count playing on an Amiga, the oldest I played would be NewZealand Story (last weekend).
Otherwise, I think the oldest game that I played through GOG in the past 6 months was Superfrog.

New Zealand Story, an amazing conversion on the Amiga but are you not better off playing the Coin-op version?

Depends if it's PC specific or not. Earliest PC games I've installed and played on a modern PC are probably the Ultima RPG's. Most of the early PC games I install and play are from the 1990's PC gaming golden age, such as System Shock, Crusader No Remorse, Lucas Arts adventures and Starwars games, and later games like Thief.
With emulation, I regularly play games from the dawn of computer games - mostly coin-op classics like Space Invaders, etc., but I have a full-sized arcade cabinet running MAME on Windows XP (not internet connected!) for that. Also I occasionally play C64 or other old computer games, via emulators on my main PC, but I recently got a Raspberry Pi for TV retrogaming.

Medal of honor original
Soldier of fortune
Resident evil 4, 5
Devil may cry 4
Return to castle wolfenstein

All classics that I just keep going back to.
