Yeah I have a few still on there who dont own PS3s no more, Wyrdo, Darkaber, Metalface Mark, Macca? etc etc

I'm always up for some multiplayer action on any of the games like.
F1 was fun when we did it but then everyone got rid of their bloody ps3s!

When you play ps2 games you show offline :(

I completed GOW2 a couple of weeks ago. I think this weekend I might settle down into the extra modes and maybe play the game through again with the "new" weapon you get after 1st run through of the game.

I'm hoping Calling all cars will get the multiplayer stuff going again. At the moment only those with US store access can buy it so I have it, but I end up playing against randomn people I don't know. Ain;t got the foggiest when it makes it to the EU PS store though.

I have just deleted Metalface Mark and Darkaber. need to prune the rest of the list at some point. I guess the big thread we had on here with everyone;s names is useless now some of them have sold theirs.

Bah, it shows you offline when you watch a DVD. Maybe that's where most of my friends list are, busy playing PS2 games and watching DVD's hence showing up offline!!!

Get some Blu-Ray in your console instead!!

Never played CAC online yet but its great fun multiplayer anyway, been unsocialable latley mostly playing Oblivion nearly finished that now. Wanted to get some RFOM in before the new maps appear Thursday (hopefully), but i had a good idea getting GOW2 and thats kinda stopped me catching up with RFOM online. GOW2 is amazing seems a bit more forgiving than the first one and i love the flying sections, its like one of them amazing movies that may only last 90 mins but everything about it is fantastic, much better than a 3 hour movie with only a few good bits in it.

Gah! They need to sort that..

I have two blu-ray films...if only 24 was released in HD :cool:
 
I've been around the last couple hours, it showed when you logged on.

Been playing GoW 2 which is probably I wasn't shown as online.

Not a 24 fan, but I guess it will make it to Blu-Ray as it is made by FOX who do both HD-DVD and Blu-ray.


I was not pleased when I realised that my fav show (Heroes) is made by NBC, whcih is part of Universal, which is one of the stupid companies only releasing on HD-DVD :(

I guess its the normal DVD for me :mad: Or borrow/buy a HD-DVD drive just for 1 boxset. Sounds crazy, but WE NEED TO SAVE THE CHEERLEADER. :D :D

Fox Blue Ray exclusive, thats why Star Wars will be BlueRay only (so i have been told) and tv programs such as 24. Buena Vista is also BlueRay only at present and they sold the Lost DVDs so i think everyones in the same boat.

I am sure someone from Lucas Film has said it is gonna be a while till we see Star Wars on any HD format. I think it was like 5 years into DVDs life before it even came out on that format. I reckon 2009 at the earliest for Star Wars, if at all.

I guess Lost will maybe be Blu-Ray exclusive as its buena vista (Disney) and they are gonna push Blu Ray hard over the next year.

But to be honest Heroes is the new Lost. I feel obliged to watch Lost after following it for a few years, but it's ubbish these days. Would happily get Lost on normal DVD if I could get Heroes on Blu-Ray.

I know its off topic but i think you got a better chance Heroes going onto BR than the others going to HDDVD. Universal is allegedly being paid to keep loyal to HD-DVD, but a few weeks back there was rumors about them going neutral (now debunked but who knows). If this happens, and i dont think it will for a while, it will be the end of HD DVD in my opinon. Then again BBC may show it in HD this summer when the 2nd series start so at least you could watch in HD if you so wish.

I am regularly using my ps3 more than most on my list, andy is usually folding, rp u show up from time to time and joebob and a few others are on regularly aswell. Just getting back into rfom online and biding my time for when the games start to show.

Planet Earth BD has been confirmed region A,B,C compatible :)

Also i'd be up for some Calling All Cars action :)

My Blu-Ray collection is up to 11 films now :) Planet Earths next on the too buy list, along with the 2 POTC films.
