What retro game would you like to see modernised?

Metal slug.. give it the new SOR, Battletoads art style. Incredible sound track and I’ll just throw my money at it

oh have I! Absolutely incredible game. Loved every bit of it. Hilarious too. It’s a big shame the online multiplayer isn’t working on the game pass/Windows store version.

Another one that has just been remade is Turrican. I've not played the remaster but on the old Amiga those games played similar to metal slug but if n a science fiction setting.

I played Chuckie Egg using an emulator during lock down last year, it's still a great game.

This was the only game I was so good at I had to quit because the levels were an endless loop & I just wouldn't die unless committing suicide! Actually got my score so high it rolled over back to zero lol.

They did a fantastic job with the fighting mechanics.

GoldenEye 007, This early shooter game used to have me and mates getting the best out of each other! haha

High resolution and frame rate fix would be enough for me it really was ahead of its time for level design

Played Hired Guns for the first time in a few years...

Definitely would be an interesting one to have a modern remake of. Oh, and it's a DMA Design game, now known as Rockstar North...

Between dungeon master by FTL, and Ultima underworld Stygian abyss. I think Ultima wins as a preference - definitely felt like a game changer at the time.

Jagged Alliance 2 - enough with crap remakes, just make an HD version of the original!
Dark Reign - an amazing RTS for its time
Warzone 2100 - community is doing a great job supporting it but a graphical update wouldn't hurt
Supreme Commander - bring it up to the multi-core 64bit age
